Group skills training consist of multiple players, working on basic and advanced skills and game-like situations in a fun competitive environment.

1-on1- or Private sessions allow more corrections and adjustments to be made and are specifically tailored to players looking to take their game to the next level.

Beginners Skills Class
(All Sports)


This class introduces the basic skills, drills, form, footwork, rules, fitness and the proper techniques used in that particular sport. This class focuses on the basic introduction and knowledge of the sport.
 
Intermediate Skills Class
(All Sports)


This is for those who have some or little experience in the sport. This class with go over everything in the beginners class, it'll just be more in-depth with multiple reps and drills to become more familiar and comfortable with the sport. Players will be challenged in both learning a variety of skills in addition to working on your strength and agility.
Advanced Skills Class
(All Sports)


This is for those who already have the basic skills, but want to tighten things up. This class is for those who have played the sports for a few years  and are ready to take their game to the next level. This class will challenge players to think outside the box and try new things. There will be a lot of skill building that will help players with their overall game. We will work on skill building, speed, strength and conditioning, footwork, coordination, injury prevention, explosiveness, proper stretching techniques, power, agility, game situation drills and more.
Strength and Conditioning/Speed and Agility
(All Sports)


This is for those who already have the basic skills, but want to tighten things up. This class is for those who have played the sports for a few years  and are ready to take their game to the next level. This class will challenge players to think outside the box and try new things. There will be a lot of skill building that will help players with their overall game. We will work on skill building, speed, strength and conditioning, footwork, coordination, injury prevention, explosiveness, proper stretching techniques, power, agility, game situation drills and more.
Middle School Prep Training
(All Sports)


These skill sessions are for those who want to make their middle school teams and for those who are already playing middle school sports. During these sessions, we break down the game and go over scenarios to help players see the game in a variety of ways. We help players understand how to use the skills and when to apply them. These sessions will help players with proper form and technique so bad habits won't be developed. We also get players mentally and physically prepared for the season. We will prepare workouts for individual growth and accountability in preparation for high-school sports.
High School Prep Training
(All Sports)


These skill sessions are for those who want to make their high school teams and for those who are already playing high school sports. These sessions will help develop speed and power so that players are ready for the season as well as being ready for the next level. Advance drills and skills will be introduced to prepare players for college sports.
College Prep Workout
(All Sports)


These sessions are for the college athlete who is currently on the team and for the athlete who is trying to make the team. These skill session are meant to strengthen the athlete in all areas. We work on skill, strength, position work, coordination, agility, speed and more. We will focus on increasing performance level so that players are  college tryout ready are able to make the next season, the best season.
AAU Stay Ready Workout (Basketball, Softball/Baseball and Soccer)

 This is for the athlete whose season is over, but needs to stay in shape and get ready for AAU. In these sessions, players are challenged and prepared for the next level by learning different moves, defensive drills, speed and agility and  more. There will also be opportunities to play one on one and group scrimmages.
