Philosophy 

I believe that anytime you have valuable knowledge from your own experience, you should share it and pass it along with pride. My philosophy is to be able to change lives by meeting each client where they are and finding ways to help them become better athletes and better individuals. 

Mission

Our mission is to meet members where they are at on their journey, fostering an inclusive sports skills and strength training environment that is both enjoyable and sustainable. We do this by teaching you the best possible methods to achieve your goals. No shortcuts, no instant fixes. Instead, we work with each person to establish a training program that challenges and helps you develop the skills and tools necessary to make lasting changes both inside and outside of the gym field or court.

Goal

To assist each client in identifying their strength and weakness and help with goal setting. To help build confidence and self-esteem. To improve the ability to understand the rules of the game. To improve form and technique. To improve comfortability around the ball. To praise, set, and encourage positive and responsible behaviors. To help build character and confidence. To help prepare children for life, teaching them about working as a team player, by strengthening their individual skills.

Objective

To develop a variety of strategies to support the vision of a fitness or sport specific goal so that there will be improvement, positive results and lots of success towards that goal.
